2026 Camp Rates:

Session I, June 13-15: $325.00
Session II, June 16-20: $525.00
Session III, June 22-27: $625.00

$100 deposit required with registration
$25.00 Late Fee for any applications received after May 1st

How to Register:

There are two options to register: via mail with a paper application or online.
- Click HERE to register and pay online (recommended).
- Click HERE to download a paper application to mail with deposit check or money order.
- Click HERE to download a form to submit further payments via check or money order.
A deposit of $100 is required for registration.
Application deadline is May 1st - applications submitted after May 1st subject to a $25 late fee.
If you are planning to mail in a check or money order for either the deposit or remaining balance after applying online, please use THIS FORM. If you mail payment for the deposit please note that your application will not be processed until payment has been received.
If applying online: Once the application is complete a camp administrator will review the application. Once the application has been reviewed and accepted AND you have paid at least the $100 deposit, you will receive a notification that you are registered for camp.
If applying via paper application in the mail: Once the application is received a camp administrator will review and enter the information into the online registration system. Once the application has been reviewed and accepted AND you have paid at least the $100 deposit, you will receive a notification that you are registered for camp.
Roommate Requests: If your child wishes to request a roommate please accurately spell the names of the requested cabin mates in the designated spot on the application (maximum of 2 roommate requests). We do the best that we can to ensure that all roommate requests are honored. You will be informed of your child’s cabin assignment at registration on the day you arrive at camp.
Enrollment at MASTA Camp is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications are processed in the order received. You will receive notification of your enrollment status via e-mail within one week of the receipt of your application and deposit.
We cannot accept faxed or emailed applications, and do not accept cash payments.
Final payment is due by May 25th. Late payments will include a $25 late payment charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted at any time. Please refer to the information below regarding refund of payment.

All deposits are non-refundable as of May 1st.
All payments are non-refundable as of June 1st.

Camp T-Shirt & Hoodie Sweatshirt

EVERY camper receives a MASTA Camp t-shirt that they will wear on the final day of camp for the performances.

You will receive a link to purchase a camp hoodie with the Camper Packet in May. Hoodies are $35 and can have personalization. Color options are: Purple, Black, Light Blue, Kelley Green, Dark Green, Grey, Orange, Light Pink, Hot Pink, Red

Scholarships from the MASTA Organization

A limited number of need-based, partial scholarships are available from the Michigan Chapter of the American String Teachers Association. Scholarship applications can be downloaded by following the link below. The deadline for scholarship applications is April 15, 2025. A student applying for or receiving a scholarship is not automatically registered in a camp session. A camp application must be completed online with a $100 deposit in order to be enrolled.

What to know about camp scholarships from MASTA:

Scholarships are processed by the Outreach Chair on the MASTA board. If you have questions about camp scholarships, contact Joanna Van Eizenga at [email protected].
Your camp application and deposit must be received by May 1, 2025 in order to qualify for a scholarship.
Scholarship Applications are submitted separately from the Camp Application. Scholarship Applications should be sent directly to the MASTA Outreach chair at the email or mailing address provided on the application.
Students must have the recommendation of a teacher (school or private) who is a current member of MASTA in good standing.
No full scholarships are awarded. MASTA scholarships cannot be used toward the camp deposit.
Scholarship awards will be announced after the application deadline of May 1, 2025.
A student applying for a scholarship is not automatically registered in a camp session. A camp application must be completed online with a $100 deposit in order to be enrolled. If you are planning to enroll in camp, regardless of any scholarship status, it is in your best interest to enroll as soon as possible to ensure your desired placement, as sessions can and do fill quickly.
